"Too pricey for the experience"
It just didn’t feel worth the money. For what you get, the price is way too high, and when I had concerns, it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership or help sort things out. Disappointing overall

"Be careful: almost no response after ordering"
Just a heads-up for anyone thinking about ordering from pink-panda.store. I placed an order and paid, then had a simple question afterward, but getting any kind of proper reply from them was really difficult.
They did respond once, but it was a short message that didn’t really answer anything. After that, I heard nothing for days, even though I kept following up. It felt like nobody was actually reading my emails.
The communication was really poor, and that’s a big red flag for me. I personally wouldn’t buy from them again unless they seriously improve how they handle customer messages.
"Still not sure it was the real thing"
I ordered from pink-panda.store, and I’ll be honest, I had a bad feeling as soon as I opened the package. The packaging just didn’t look quite right to me, and the labels weren’t the same as what I’ve seen before.
The item itself also felt a bit off, kind of like a cheaper version. I guess there’s a chance I’m being too picky or maybe they changed something, but I couldn’t really shake the feeling that it wasn’t authentic.
I reached out to them, and the reply I got was vague. At that point I just accepted it for what it was, but I wouldn’t order from them again, especially if you really care about getting the original product.

I reached out to customer service and never heard anything back. What makes it more frustrating is that the terms seem to change along the way, so I’m left trying to figure things out on my own with no response from anyone. Disappointing experience overall...
"Shipping was slower than I expected"
I ordered from Pink Panda and had it shipped internationally. The package did eventually show up, which I’m glad about, but the delivery took longer than I was hoping. The tracking was also quiet for about a week, which made the wait feel a bit more frustrating.
The items themselves were totally fine when they arrived, with no damage or issues. Overall, I’d say the experience was okay, just not amazing. It didn’t feel like a bad order, but the slow shipping and unclear updates definitely left me a little underwhelmed.

"Customer service did reply, but it seriously..."
Customer service did reply, but it seriously felt like they barely read what I wrote. I had to explain the same damn issue twice, and even then I still didn’t get a clear answer. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but when I actually needed help, they were useless.

"Honestly, it just feels sketchy"
I don’t know, this site just doesn’t give me a good feeling. Maybe it’s the way everything is laid out or the lack of clear info, but I found myself second-guessing every click. Like, why does it feel so hard to tell if this is legit or not? I shouldn’t have to play detective just to feel safe using a website. Overall, I just don’t really trust it...

"Barely Any Selection, and the Policies Don’t Help"
I stopped in hoping to pick up a few things, but there just wasn’t much to choose from. It felt like the same items were repeated in every section, with barely any real variety. What made it more frustrating is how stores always seem to have these little policy loopholes where they can advertise a decent selection, but then what’s actually available is super limited or excluded from deals. I ended up leaving without buying anything.

"I gave this place a try..."
I gave this place a try, but the delivery showed up way later than expected and ruined the whole experience for me. Maybe the food would’ve been fine if it arrived on time, but at that point I was already frustrated. I don’t see myself ordering from here again.

"Decent quality, but a bit hit or miss"
I ordered from pink-panda.store the quality was okay but not amazing. One of the items felt nice, but the other was thinner than I expected and didn’t look quite as good as it did in the photos. It’s not a huge issue, but it feels like something preventable with better product descriptions or more accurate pictures. I might order again if there’s a sale, but I’d be a little more careful next time

"Took a while to realize nothing was moving"
I ordered and figured everything was fine at first, since I got the usual tracking info and all that. I kept checking back every now and then, thinking maybe it just needed time to update, but after a few days it was still sitting in the same place with no movement. I reached out hoping they could explain what was going on, but I didn’t really get any useful help. Frustrating overall.

What a joke. The photo made it look one way, but what showed up was completely different. Whoever put that listing together must be a total clown, because the picture was seriously misleading.

"Bad first impression and an even worse return process"
My first impression was already bad, and trying to return the item just made it worse. It turned into a bunch of back-and-forth emails with no clear instructions, and the replies took forever. At this point, I’m still not even sure if my refund is actually coming. Definitely not worth the hassle...

I was upset when this arrived because it was not at all as described. I expected one thing based on the listing, but what I got felt completely different. Super frustrating and disappointing.

"Discount code never worked"
I tried ordering from pink-panda.store because they were showing a promo, but when I got to checkout the discount just wouldn’t apply. I contacted support and it felt like I was begging them to honor their own deal, which was frustrating. They only gave me a vague response, and by the next day the sale was gone. Left me feeling resentful and not very confident about buying there if the discount is the main reason you’re ordering.

I tried browsing pink-panda.store, but umm, the pages were loading really slowly and the menus were kind of confusing. I felt like I had to click around way too much just to find basic things. Overall, it wasn’t a great shopping experience for me

I’m probably extra sensitive about this kind of thing, but I don’t love when the price changes at checkout. I thought I had a good idea of what I’d be paying, then extra costs showed up later, which left a bad taste for me.
